The Plowkeep iPhone app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. If they conflict, Apple's agreement controls.
What Plowkeep does
Plowkeep helps you calculate prices from rates and measurements you enter, create bid and contract documents, and keep a log of service visits. You are responsible for the rates, measurements and wording you use and for the agreements you make with your clients.
Not legal, tax or financial advice
Example rates, contract templates and guides in the app and on this website are provided for convenience. They are not market prices and not legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. Have your agreements reviewed by a qualified professional in your state.
Plowkeep Pro
Plowkeep Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase that removes the free-version limits. It is not a subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can restore the purchase on devices signed in to the same Apple Account.
Your data
Your records stay on your device (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for backing up your device.
Warranty and liability
The app and website are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses from pricing decisions, contract terms or data loss.
